Exercise!!!

My sister-in-law, Katie, has been running for 5 weeks now!!! I am so jealous!! Way to go Katie :) I enjoy exercising, but I have NEVER been consistent and can't seem to find the best time for my schedule...

Does anyone have any suggestions for consistency? When do you excercise? How long? Where? How often? What do you do?

When we're home I try to exercise first thing in the morning. If I get going in the day and take a shower, a workout will NEVER happen. OR I'll pack the kids up in the stroller and go for a walk/jog. I like to get 3 miles in. I'm terrible at being consistent at it too though. I hope you can find a good time that works for you. I know the days I do get some exercise in I have a much better attitude and outlook on life=)

i can only manage to do anything if i have someone to do it with. if i don't have the fact that "someone is coming over/counting on me to do this" i just won't do it. since we live here at the parsonage, angey price and i have been doing tae-bo together during the kid's naptime. so far we've only managed once a week, but that's a lot more than i was working out before!
